Excavator bridge Lilla Bommen, Gothenburg

For the Lilla Bomen project, back in 2003, we were asked to supply a bridge that could be moved over the excavation pit. The bridge should have (re)movable excavating openings in the deck to excavate the tunnel pit, and load trucks on the same bridge. We have designed a solution with the Heavy Panel Bridge system for a 42 tons excavator and one 35 tons truck.

The system worked fine and the bridge was used by our client for about 96 weeks.
